Windows 10: Reformatting PC

Hello! I'm having a problem reformatting my PC. It always says there is no recovery drive found. I searched for possible ways and I found one about enabling it in the Command Prompt. It told me to type "reagentc /enable" but what pops up next is "REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found." So I'm very lost.

I tried to create a Recovery drive too but it says there are required files that I haven't installed. I need help with this issue too. So after that I decided to download an ISO file through USB. I tried to reformat it through there but in the end, it failed and returned all settings and files right before trying to reformat it. Any possible troubleshoot as to what I did wrong or what I need to do? Need a lot of help for this.

I did what you said and then was told to remove the CD from the CD-Rom Drive, put in the recovery CD and then press the 'OK' button to continue

So I changed to the next disk but the OK doesn't appear to be being 'pressed'. Yes I have pushed enter on the keyboard which is what I have been using to get me through the other steps..

Any suggestions?
