Windows 10: Refund for 1 year of tech support

My bank account shows a $134 charge from MSBILL.INFO for a year of tech support I didn't intend. I do not need this support and want a refund. I have completed the steps for cancelling reoccurring billing on this but it appears the support will continue until about a year from now and I won't be refunded. Please cancel this support immediately and refund the $134 or tell me who I can talk to to get this done.

L_e_vel Two Tech support

Having spent something like 10 cumulative, fruitless hours with tech support trying to resolve the issue of missing Store and other apps, I succumbed and paid £65 for advanced support. It was explained that the money was refundable if the issue was not resolved.
My credit card was charged immediately and an appointment was made for the appropriate person(s) to call me. The call did not materialise. I then started on a long trail to find out how I would get my refund. So far I have been passed through at least five
departments all of whom have stated that they are not in a position to refund my card. I was finally told to contact the people who had failed to respond to tech call. Had this been possible in the first instance I would have done so.

It would be cynical of me to suggest that standard level of tech support actually fail to resolve issues, in order to promote this paid level. But I am left with the feeling that this is the case, and I am also left with the gut feeling that having taken
your money they are no more able to resolve an issue than those at standard level. What I find difficult to accept is that Microsoft are unwilling to refund the money for a service they are unable to provide. I am now faced with elevating my claim for a refund
from MasterCard under UK sale of goods act (or what is called now).

It would be interesting to hear from anyone else who has had the misfortune to use this 'service'.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
