Windows 10: Refund Update

I requested for a refund for PDF X premium because it was not completing the task I needed. I have a case ID ADB-29565061D8P8. I had a charge in the amount of $32.09 on 6/1/2023. I requested a refund on the same day. I spoke with someone for 50 minutes to get this resolved before the call dropped. I did however receive an email with my case ID information.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
