Windows 10: Refund

I received a phone call from Microsoft today from a**** a Kathy Jackson. The call went to voice mail so I still have the recording. When I return the phone call it was a guy that picked up the phone stating Microsoft Refund Dept. I informed him that I am returning a phone call from this number. He informed me that I was getting a refund for 299.99. All I had to do was follow his instruction on getting to a page on a secure server and fill out the information on the page. I follow his instruction to the letter until we got to how I was to receive the refund. It has 3 choices . 1st Western Union Business Acct. you have to have this, or 2nd Paypal Business Acct., 3rd Choice any of the banks listed on the list they provide. So I had a personal accts with the first two but no business accts. I had to go with the 3rd option. They wanted me to sign into my account since they were already into my computer. You would not have known this since when they do the window prompt the screen change into what they had you log into. I didn't feel comfortable logging into my acct so I informed them I was going to call the bank and Microsoft to get more information about this option. The guy on the phone wanted me to do it now since the page wasn't going to be open long. I would have to start all over again. I told him I didn't have a problem with that. I had the problem with signing into my bank acct. He was trying to over talk me and I finally told him I would get back with him and hung up the phone. I decided to shut down all the apps I had open to make sure there was nothing else running on my computer. To my surprise there was a small window open and when I tried to shut it down my pointer on the computer would move to no and not allow me to close the window or server. I shut the whole computer down and left it off until I was satisfied with the server closing down. I contacted my bank on thing that are amiss in my acct. I receive alerts on anything over 100 dollars and all deposits and withdrawal on the same day from the person or company that makes the deposit. 11/30/2018

And people say the EU is useless! Now, if they force partial refunds for everyone, that'd be the next step.
