Windows 10: refund

hello

I'm a little troubled I was told id get a refund of 300.00 dollars for the google play cards I was told to purchase by a google representative.. on Thursday july 17th I was called by Jason ray? roy? from a 877 prefix of googlr he had me log in then showed me the hackers whom were trying to get my info.. he told me he could fix everything..

I could see him manuvuering around my computer showing me ip addresses and such ,, he said he could fix it ...he did but had me purchase 300.00 dollars in google play cards.. had me read each individual code..numerous times I told him I couldn't afford not having that money replaced..he promised 48 hours..now its four days ,, not a real person at all on any line support,, ive called number , it is a google number just waiting for monies..

Jason asked my fgull name I verified and I verified last 4 digits on debit card... please help me ..how do I get that REFUND PROMISED>>>>>>>> IM about TO REPORT THIS GOOGLE NUMBER TO FRAUD DEPARTMENT >>>> WHERE IS MY REFUND
