Windows 10: Refunding Minecraft for Windows 10 from Microsoft Store

When I purchased this item, it said that it cannot be refunded.


And I want a refund for this item, because it doesn't work. It refuses to install.


I tried every possible method. I contacted the support, emailed XBOX service where I was addressed for the help, and I received an email that says - "it's not eligible for a refund under the Microsoft Terms of Sale." which is basically saying "We told you this **** is cannot be refunded, so you can't refund it dummy lol"


So what are my choices left? Am I really screwed with the game that I cannot play or refund?


God, I love Microsoft. Not a single thing ever went wrong.

I am requesting a refund for Minecraft for Windows 10, after I done the first 4 steps, the button for refund is not appearing. Is Minecraft able to refund?
