Windows 10: Refunding.

I recently bought Minecraft windows 10 edition on my PC to play with my Xbox friends. We haven't played for a few days now and i was going to refund the game. But the refund button isn't showing up. I'm eligible for a refund Bought less than two weeks ago and under 2 hrs played so why cant i refund. It is possible i'm looking in the wrong place but i'm 100% sure i'm not. Please help.
