Windows 10: Regaining account after reset

I did a full reset of my Trekstor tablet,which has windows 10 and now the windows are locked, the first screen that appears says "other account" and asks for a username and a password that I don't have,because it doesn't accept mine. I cannot connect to my Microsoft account or internet generally. I am afraid I deleted everything and I do not know how I could have access to my tablet again.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• What do you mean by regaining? Do you mean you cannot access your Administrator account?

• Go to Microsoft Account , log in your email address and click Forgot password, select the option I don't have any of these. Then, follow the next step.
