Windows 10: Regarding 5.1 Channel Sound Problem on asus rog strix z690 series

This is the question of many people. I also had this problem, but today I managed to solve it. After unsuccessful calls to Asus support, I solved the problem. I downloaded the driver version 6.3.9600.2329 from the link to solve this problem. Get the following, then enter the device manager and delete all the drivers of your sound card, install the downloaded driver, enter the Realtek audio console and set the amplifier stage to the extreme, then set the bit rate to the lowest bit {44100 16}rate of 16 bits at the time of doing this. Your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

All drivers and BIOS on your ROG STRIX Z690-G motherboard seem to be up to date.

To try to force Windows 10 show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

No audio in new ASUS ROG Strix G512LV

Hi,

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG Strix G512LV running Windows 10. Originally the sound worked fine through the laptop's speakers, then a few weeks ago it stopped working, but was resolved by rolling the audio driver back from Audio_Realtek_Nahimic_ROG_V6089401
to Audio_Realtek_Nahimic_ROG_V6089311.

This weekend the sound has stopped working again. When the laptop boots up it makes the usual ROG sound, but then as soon as Windows is reached it doesn't make any. I've tried both the above drivers, multiple times, and it hasn't worked. I've also tried
changing the BIOS from 309 to 310, but that hasn't made any difference. I've tried two different headphones too and they do not have sound either.

I've gone into device manager and disabled/enabled Realtek and updated drivers / uninstalled / reinstalled drivers.

The speaker icon is showing that it is on and allows me to change the level too.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
