Windows 10: Regarding installing windows 10 using iso file made by Media Creation Tool 1809

I received a activated window 10 with my laptop. I just wanted to know if re-installing the Window 10 on my laptop using the iso prepared by Media Creation Tool 1809 will require product key ?

• From which version of Windows are you trying to upgrade to Windows 10?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Does the computer meets the minimum system requirement to upgrade to Windows 10?
• When exactly do you get the purple windows icon?
