Windows 10: Regarding recovering of data after reinstalling windows 10

Yesterday while using a photoshop, my pc automatically starts like misfunctioning. I had not any control over the pc. It hangs very hardly.. I tried to press alt+f4 to restart or shut down the pc... Finally it getted shut down.. After some while, when i tried to ON the pc, it continuously restarting like restart looping and an error is occurred that saying "your pc is ran into a problem,it needs to restart" and after this it automatically restart. But after restarting, the same error was display. So i tried to call the technician to solved this problem. He said that, you need to reinstall the windows.i said ok. Just do that. So while he was reinstalling the windows 10, he said that all the in the drived will be formatted. There is no option rather than this. Thus, i gave the permission to do the formatting. He uses command prompt to clean the disks. Command something like diskpart, etc

Now, after reinstalling windows,I'm seeing that all my data is formatted and the disk partitions are also new. Can i recover my data that getted deleted... My all important data like documents, office file, etc all had be lossed.. Please help me to solve my problem..

Windows 10 won't boot, repair, recover or reinstall

I tried using Win 10 boot media to reinstall from scratch. Install chugs away for a while then shows me a list of partitions on my hard drive. No matter which I select, Windows can't be installed because they're GPT partitions.

I've also tried running chkdsk /r /x as suggested in another post. That seemed to run without any problems, but when I restarted I eventually got a blue screen with error 0xC0000021a.

At this point it's looking like I need to completely reformat the disk and reinstall Windows from the boot media. Is that the next step? I've recovered my data - which is all still accessible.

Recover data from a RAW partition

I think you should mention that which file system you used. As per of my experience I suggest you Remo Recover utility to recover data from old hard drive. I think it will be helpful for you.
