Windows 10: Regarding subscription cancellation

I had a Microsoft 10 account and a one drive monthly recurring subscription. I changed to Windows 11 using the same account and now I do not see that subscription but that money is still getting deducted from my bank account. How to solve this problem?

3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.
