Windows 10: Regarding Windows 11 upgrade

Hello, I have an Dell Inspiron 3471 which has a Core i5-9400. My computer has a TPM chip and the TPM version is 2.0 .The TPM is a ftpm or a firmware TPM or otherwise known as PTT or Intel Platform trust technology according to Intel.. So, when I run the Windows 11 Media creation tool in oder to upgrade to Windows 11 it shows it is showing that my PC does have the minimum hardware requirements to run Windows 11. I cannot understand what is happening. I have a CPU that is already supported by Windows 11according to the official Microsoft Windows 11 CPU requirments page. and my PC also have

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

IE 11 not working

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
