Windows 10: regarding Windows defender.

I bought an hp laptop recently and at first windows defender was activated by default and mc afee antivirus was synced to it as an antivirus. means whenever i opened windows defender it showed defender is turned on or real time protection is turned on and it showed a link to mc afee antivirus that was installed in my pc i was using the mc afee antivirus free trial which was synced. i had purchased the laptop on student offer so i received a 1 year license of protegent antivirus so after the mc afee trial ended i got the protegent antivirus activated by the company showroom and they deleted the mc afee antivirus. protegent antivirus also synced with the windows defender like it did for mc afee antivirus. but after some days it showed that windows defender real time protection has been turned off. i tried to turn it on but it showed, " Your virus and threat protection is manged by your organization." it then didnt sync with the antivirus even though i tried. is this a thing to worry as the windows defender is turned off? is this an indication that some malware has entered my laptop. What do i do?? and whenever i scan it with protegent antivirus it shows the same malware everytime and that malware that it showed was hp's system programs. once i deleted those programs with the antivirus but as a result it deleted one of the system apps of hp so i didn't delete the next time and before also mc afee didnt show any malware like that as protegent did, do u have any suggestions what i should do of the windows defender turning off????

On startup Windows Defender is not on and wants to scan

Hi,

To address your concern regarding Windows Defender, we suggest that you restart the Windows Defender Service with the steps below:

• Right click on Start and select Run.
• Type services.msc, then press Enter.
• Click the Windows Defender Service, and click Stop and then
  Start under General tab.
• Check Apply and OK.
