after trying out this mech keyboard over PS/2, in order to even get it to function, i had to tell windows NOT to even load any drivers at all but stay hooked to the keyboard support during bootup -- simply because of how bad PS/2 support is in windows 10.

but aside from that -- a lot of sites online do respect the repeat delay timer -- i had to set everything to almost nothing or if i hold down a key its like lightning strikes., and i can easily backspace away an entire essay in 5 seconds or less in most applications.

a lot of applications simply dont respect those OS settings and now that im using this over ps/2 its too much.i literally had to set the settings to almost straight up slow, and its still fast where its being respected but reasonable.

where it isnt though (browser URL bar, notepad, many things) its just literally insane speed though due to hardware interrupts vs usb polling. a very noticeable difference that makes some typing easier but at the same time much harder as i Have to individually make sure to press backspace and never hold it. or never hold any of the keys.

the repeat delay gets respected, but not the raw speed at which it machine guns out characters.

Windows 10 View All Pictures by Date Regardless of Folder

Huh? Can someone give step-by-step for achieving this. That is exactly what I thought I couldn't do (after much trial and error): show all pictures one huge listing regardless of folder or subfolder. Don't care how they are sorted.

    Yeah just caught it there.

I'm going to attempt to have a step by step guide on how to use these programs efficiently.

    PS/2 keyboard and mouse troubles

    Hello,

My PS/2 keyboard was acting up, every time I pressed the left 'ctrl' key, it had opened up the file explorer. That is no longer my problem.

I, thinking I was the smart one, decided to go to the Device Manager and try to sort this out myself. Well, I made a huge mistake. Under where it says "Keyboards" I had 'accidentally' told it to delete my PS/2 keyboard from the devices list! Now, no PS/2
device will work, no mouse or keyboard or anything! I'm forced to use a USB keyboard, which I don't like, as that PS/2 keyboard was my favorite. It was the best keyboard I had ever used.

No PS/2 keyboard or mouse will work on my system at all now, not even in BIOS. I've tried everything I could think of, and I still haven't managed to fix it.
