Windows 10: RegCreateKeyEx failed; Code 5. "Access is denied"

I've tried unblocking, running as admin and checking the security options under "properties" and it still will not get fixed I really need some help. I'm running windows 10 and trying to download Nexus Mod Manager.

Disk space - Space Sniffer Access is denied - Code 5

I have a acer 5552 running windows 10 although this problem was there under windows 5

I ran space sniffer and this shows 106.2GB of unaccessable space. The space sniffer console shows the files that make up this space. Here is an example

WARN 11:18:55 - Unable to examine C:\6d694d1fcef5cc1966113b3fd884\mousekeyboardcenter (Access is denied. - code 5)

WARN 11:18:55 - Unable to examine C:\6d694d1fcef5cc1966113b3fd884\prereq (Access is denied. - code 5)

All the files end with hte Access is denied - code 5

Can I delete these to release disk space or is there anything else I can do ?

I can't update my programs error code 5 access is denied

Hello I'm trying to use a software to update one of my programs and I'm asked to allow the file to go through, I say yes but when it goes further I start getting error code number 5 stating that access is denied, I have no idea how to fix this because
as far as I'm aware of i'm the administrator of this PC. How do I fix this and what am I supposed to do? (Step by step please and make sure to explain all paths, with pictures if you have them)
