Homegroup share printer

I get, "Windows can't create a homegroup on this computer", running windows 10.0.16299.192

I would like to share a non Wi-Fi printer that is online with one computer with another computer on that same router (Wi-Fi)

 

I was also wandering this. I think Microsoft will make you pay for the Windows 10 with Media Center version.
