    Regular crashes when gaming

    Hi all! I've been happily gaming on a custom-built system for quite a while now. About a month ago, I replaced the video card with a MSI GeForce 970GTX, and all was well for about a month. As of today, though, the system has been hard-crashing after just a few minutes of game time.

    I cleared out the display drivers (via Guru3D's utility) and re-installed them fresh, but no luck there.

    I've attached the relevant file ... any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    :)

    This could point to a problem with your mobo or even your PSU.

    possible causes;
    - overclocking
    - overheating system
    - (under)voltage problem of the mobo
    - faulting PSU
    - faulty mobo

    Thanks for the fast reply! A hardware issue was what I was worried about, and it sounds like that's what I need to look at. There's no overclocking, and the heat levels look to be OK as far as I can tell from the system sensors ... but that HyperTransport code looks bad, no bones about it.

    Much obliged!
