Windows 10: Reimage

In August 2018 I downloaded something called Reimage that I was told to do by ATT. It messed with my computer (Dell) so I uninstalled it. Unfortunately, it didn't totally uninstall (even though I used Revo uninstaller). Since then I get a popup in the right corner about malicious malware, blah, blah, blah. I tried with geek squad to get rid of it but she said it was in my browser. I thought if I could reset my computer back to July 2018 it would fix the problem but I can't find a way to do that. Can you help me, please?
