    reinstall windows 10 after I was hacked


    I will not go into details but I have reason to believe my PCs running windows 10 were hacked.
    I want to reinstall windows 10 thinking that would be the safest way back toward security again.
    I got windows 10 via the free windows 7 to windows 10 upgrade opportunity.
    Thus, I have no DVD to stick in and reload windows 10 from since Win 10 was downloaded during the free upgrade.
    Two of my PCs are tainted, I want to do this on both.
    Will Microsoft let me start over again for free?
    If so how do I get a free win10 for reinstall on each computer?

    Lost Windows 10 after computer was hacked

    Reboot in recovery mode for Windows 10. Hold shift and reboot the computer. You will have troubleshooting options as well as refresh and factory reset options.

    When you install if asked for a key select I don't have one. With the digital entitlement your computers should activate automatically.
