Windows 10: Reinstall Windows 11 Pro

I am having to reinstall Windows 11 due to rearranging some partitions on my C drive and messing up my boot sector. Now when I try to install Windows 11 Pro, or any other version, it tells me that my system doesn't meet the requirements. I build this system to exceed the requirements, so there is no reason I should be getting this message. Is there anything I can do to force it to continue install?

Reinstall IE 11 with Windows 10

To address your concern, please follow the steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer 11.

• Type Windows feature in the Search box. Click on Turn Windows feature on or off.
  
• Uncheck Internet Explorer. A window will pop up, click OK.
  
• Click the OK button. Click Restart when prompted.
  
• Repeat the steps to reinstall Internet Explorer (Check the box).

Impossible to reinstall Internet Explorer 11

I have Windows 10 Pro v.1511 10586.36. Internet Explorer 11 has been wiped out. I need IE 11 for my work

Impossible to reinstall. Search "internet explorer" finds Edge, not IE.

IE appears nowhere in program lists; not even in "uninstall a program"

There are 2 inactive IE directories (without IE exe) in program files and in program files 86.

I cannot install the last full version of IE 11. Win 10 says: a more recent version (=Edge) is already installed on your computer.

Is there a solution to force Win 10 Pro to accept reinstall IE 11?
