Windows 10: Reinstall Windows on laptop that has been locked with BitLocker and I have no recovery key

My Dell XPS computer recently turned off and showed the BitLocker recovery page. I have no recovery key after searching everywhere. I followed a previous thread and downloaded the Windows Installation Tool onto a USB drive, but I cannot get it to install. I already changed the boot order to USB first. Then when I tried to install and it asked where I wanted to install Windows, none of the drives said they could be used for various reasons. I followed a previous thread to change Disk 0 to gpt, but then when I select that location to install Windows, it goes through the process, but at the end s

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key? - Yes, I am unable to even start my laptop unless I enter the recovery key.
2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer? Nope
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key? Yes. I have a microsoft account and am able to login usually. But i am unable to login when I try to find the bitlocker recovery key.
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional? Windows 10 Home

When I on my laptop, there is a blue screen that asks me for bitlocker recovery key. I have tried asking my laptop company (Lenovo) and my institution both but no one has any answer to this. I have my bitlocker recovery ID number if that can help me find
the recovery key.

Just to confirm, are you being asked for a Bitlocker recovery key from the lock screen after booting PC? If not, where are you exactly being asked for a Bitlocker recovery key?

Also, are you the only person that has an account on your device? Have you already done any troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue? If yes, what are these troubleshooting steps?
