Windows 10: REINSTALLED WINDOWS 10 LOST DRIVERS

I have reinstalled windows 10 with cleaning all partitions into my samsung ativ tab 5 XE500T1C-K01TR and lost my drivers. Windows can not recognise devices. My wifi is not working, so i can not install the drivers automaticly. I tried to install manually but it doesn't work. How can i solve this problem?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
