    Reinstalling the 'Mice and other pointing devices' driver for Windows 10 Surface pro 7


    Hi, I was having trouble with my touchpad recently so I uninstalled the driver, and restarted the computer as I have done in the past which usually reinstalls the driver the touchpad.It has not reinstalled, and my touchpad is worse with responsivity issues and times when it will not work. I have tried all suggested fixes, including downloading the closest driver file directly from Microsoft, the only fix I have not tried is the recovery of the device as ideally I don't want to lose my applications.Is there any way to force my computer to reinstall the Mice and other pointing devices&
