Windows 10: "Relevant knowledge" spyware removal?

Discus and support "Relevant knowledge" spyware removal? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I have removed this spyware program by following a guide I found on another forum that I am not a member of!     "Relevant knowledge" spyware removal?


    I have removed this spyware program by following a guide I found on another forum that I am not a member of! But there is a "Relevant Knowledge" folder and one read me file in my start menu that I cannot remove, does anyone know how I can remove this please as it is annoying me! *Sad

    i have installed windows xp sp2

    previously i was using windows media center i thought i might b facing this probs due to that but then i changed it to windows xp ! n moreover i have also shown to nokia service center executives but they were not having the latest updates available ......
    my pc suite is showing that new update version of firmware is available but i cudnt download it "Relevant knowledge" spyware removal? :(

    i tried in another pc then again i got an error u need to have minimum 256 ram "Relevant knowledge" spyware removal? :(

    please cant it b rectified ? there must b any solution to this probs please help me guyz

    Have you tried deleting them in Tools then Startup.....in Ccleaner free?

    Not listed in Ccleaner Tools/Startup, or anywhere else? Well not strictly true, it is shown as a folder, but cannot be deleted?

    Finally found a way to delete the offending folder through the use of "WinUtilities". Thank you for your help!*Biggrin
