Windows 10: Remote access problem..

Hey..



I m using WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2 in my server which is accessing remotely. And im using windows 10 in my laptop.



Previously password was saved in the Remote desktop connection and last day what I did is removed the saved password.. After that first time I entered one wrong password by mistake.. Then I entered the correct username and password many times and its saying credential did not work... I can't recognise what is the issue and how can I fix the issue. Is there any solution??

Sounds like you are the recipient of stolen goods. All of our work laptops have this feature where it locks the BIOS and hard disk remotely if stolen, misplaced, or after a certain number of failed access attempts to the data on the disk without the TPM key.

I would suggest returning it to wherever you bought or got it.

Remote access denied.

Hi Paul,

To resolve your concern about remote access denied, follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows logo+R on your keyboard.
• Type services.msc on the Run box.
• Open Remote Desktop Services.
• Go to the Log On tab.
• Select This account: Network Service.
• Click Apply, and then OK.
