    I sign in to Windows App - Session Desktop with my work email address. Yesterday, in the middle of typing the session disconnected. When I attempted to reconnect I got a pop-up stating, "We couldn't connect because there are currently no available resources. Try again later or contact tech support for help if this keeps happening." I submitted a Helpdesk ticket to the employer's IT. When I heard back they stated the entire structure of Remote Desktops was down for everyone that works from home. I was also told that they were working on the issue but have been unable to figure out what
