    Remote power button for multiple monitors


    Hello All,

    I have a 3 monitor setup and is kind of a pain in t he but since they are on the backside of the monitors. My question is: is there a wired power switch that I could use that will turn the power of the three monitors on/off? If not is there some sort of software solution?

    Remote desktop multiple monitors

    Hi

    I have windows 10 installed on two PCs. One is my "demo" pc and the other my work pc. Sometimes I want to remotely access my work pc from demo pc. The issue is that I use 3 multiple monitors on work pc but when I remotely access it only one screen is accessed.
    Is there any way to access all the screens and use some keyboard command, like "shift"+"windows button" + "right" or "left" to change the remote monitors.

    Microsoft Remote Desktop APP (NOT Connection!) Multiple Monitors

    Just switched to Windows Server 2016 Standard implementing RDS. We want remote users to be able to use Timezone redirection and enabled it in Group Policy. It does not work with the Remote Desktop Connection so after hours of trying we tried the Microsoft
    Remote Desktop APP. It works in the App so we decided to switch EXCEPT we just found that the APP does not seem to support multiple monitors.

    So more Microsoft frustration. We have to decide which is more important, timezone or multiple monitors.

    Has anyone been able to get multiple monitors to work with the Microsoft Remote Desktop APP?

    Hi AsadJamal1,

    I am an independent advisor and a Microsoft user like you, and I would be happy to help you out with this.

    When you open the Remote Desktop Connection client on the demo PC, under the Display tab, under Display configuration, do you have the setting enabled for "Use all my monitors for the remote session?"

    Also, does the demo PC also have 3 monitors, or is it a different type of monitor set up?
