    Hi All


    I recently went into a company where I had to install a printer as the support company couldn't get in and it was an emergency. Unfortunately when i installed it, windows asked for the administrative password.


    I phoned the support company, the support company logged in remotely, attempted to input the administrative password for the pc which was wrong. They changed it remotely and then entered the new password password to allow the printer driver to install.


    My question is what kind of setup was this? It appeared to be office 365 but the Microsoft account seemed to be controlled centrally with the support company being able to "remote in" on demand. How is this done and what training do i need to get so i can offer this.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    1. Are you using the Microsoft remote desktop app?


    If you are using the Microsoft remote desktop app downloaded from
    Microsoft store then, I suggest you to follow the steps to
    fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store
    .



    If the issue still persists with the Microsoft remote desktop app, then you can contact the support team by going to the

    link
    and scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on
    Microsoft remote desktop support under the Publisher info.



    However, if you are using the Remote desktop connection, which comes pre-installed with Windows 10, then I suggest you to please post your question in the
    TechNet forum.

    I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
