Windows 10: Removables storages device folder on desktop

I've seen a lot of nonsense everywhere about this issue.And nobody here was capable to find the issue...The only fix is this :Using File Explorer Options: Open File Explorer and click on the "View" tab. Click on "Options" and select "Change folder and search options". In the Folder Options window, click on the "View" tab. Scroll down and uncheck the box next to "Show removable drives" under "Files and Folders". Click "Apply" and "OK" to save the changes

So I found an folder on my desktop on Windows. At the desktop, I see an folder, reading "Removable Storage Devices". I don't know why this was here. I can't delete the folder with a right click. I can't add items to the folder. I can't move it to the trash can. From an Reddit post, it shows all of the Removable Storage Drives that you have installed on this folder. I tried refreshing my Desktop, but it came back. Sometimes for a second, it disappears. On second thought, when I install a new program with adding an desktop shortcut, it replaces the folder on the desktop. It also does not have Removable Devices on this folder (if there's one installed on the PC), but on the start menu, it is shown invisible, and hiding invisible link addresses to different websites (like outlook.com). How do I fix this like using the Regedit or using the CMD? Thanks in advance!
