    Remove an additional drive link from 'This PC'


    I recently added a new ssd to my PC and somehow theres an extra link to D:\ drive listed under 'This PC' as seen in

    the highlighted image.


    I have searched tirelessly to try removing it or even hiding it as it only showing what is in the drive like the actual drive icon at the bottom.


    Any help appreciated.

    It is possible that you need to configure your keyboard layout that is why you still see it in the list even you already remove it. To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps on this

    thread     shared by DikkeryDok last October 27, 2017 to on how to remove additional language.

    Additional Drive of 256MB

    Today I have seen that a additional drive of 256MB created in my laptop having Window 10 .Is this a virus ?

    I because I did not created it before !!

    how can I remove it I run troubleshoot but it is in effective.

    pls suggest me some option to remove it

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
