Windows 10: remove empty white space on the bottom left of Windows 11 taskbar

What's the purpose of this empty bar on the left bottom corner of my screen? It's empty and it's just taking up space. I want to pin more apps on my taskbar but I can't anymore because of this empty space that is taking up 1/4 of my taskbar and it's useless.

I noticed this tiny white space in taskbar, is it a bug or it's mean to be here? I saw on other people and they don't have it.

Changing the taskbar color to white in Windows 10

In Windows 10 there is no option for changing the color to white but you can change it to different colors. To change the color of the task bar I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then select personalization.
• Click on color option on the left side.
• You will find an option called “show color on start, taskbar and start icon”.
• You need to on the option and then you can change the color accordingly.

Windows: Realign the Start button back to the left

With Windows 11, the Start button is centered in the taskbar, which may throw you off if you’ve been using Windows for years. Moving it back to the left is easy:

• Press the Windows Key + I to open the Settings app.
  
• Choose Personalization and Taskbar.
  
• Select Taskbar behaviors, then click Left under Taskbar alignment.
