Windows 10: remove the damn wallpaper on login and have loin box active?

I hate the wallpaper on boot. I prefer a black screen and I prefer (like win 7 had) the login info is active and waiting and I dont have to press enter to see it and type in. its a waste of my time and I dont enjoy the images anyway. I can pass on the removing the image but not having the login box active aka w7 is a no go for me and will be erased for w7 if I cant get it resloved.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

3. Click on Background.

4. You may change the wallpaper to different background.
