    Hi,
    I am unable to renew the OFFICE-365 subscription. The payment option only has a credit/debit card. Tried using multiple cards, it always says that the details entered are incorrect. The site says "Bank couldn't authorize the payment method". The debit cards are all active and I have used one of them last time to renew a OFFICE-365 subscription.

    Raised multiple service requests on the same, but no solution. Had long chats, still no solution.

    At the top right of any Office Application, log out of your Account, then log back in, to see if that prompts your Office installation to see the licence renewal . . .

    If not, go to Office 365 Login | Microsoft Office and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in

    On that page under your info, check the status of your subscription to Office 365

    If that checks out, click this link and run through the Office activation troubleshooter:

    If that does not resolve this for you, follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

    Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

    Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications

    At the top, click 'Change'

    On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the Online Repair, it is a comprehensive fix

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation, including activation . . .
