Windows 10: Renewals

I purchased the Premium Games on 4/20/20. Now on 4/10/21, I am asked to make a renewal. Why do I have to pay for 10 extra days? This constitutes unfair business practices!

Renewing IP address

Hey book4worm,

first of all, I'd suggest to upgrade to Windows 10 since you'll get a ton of security features and updates that XP is missing out on.

But to renew your IP address:

1. Open the start menu and click on Run...
2. Type cmd.exe. A black window will appear.
3. Type ipconfig /renew and hit Enter.
4. Windows will try to receive a new IP address from your DHCP server.

If this issue persists or if the command fails, check the settings of your wifi router.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you try to
renew

IP address. To do this, follow these steps:

  Administrator.

  Type the following command:

    Ipconfig/release
    and hit
    Enter.
    
  • 
    Ipconfig/renew
    and hit
    Enter.
    
  • 
    Exit.

When your subscription ends, you can renew it to continue using the Nokia Music service. You need full Nokia Music membership to renew your subscription.

  Select
  
  >
  Nokia Music.
  
• 
  Select settings > renew. If asked, type in your Nokia account username and password.
  
• 
  Type in the code from the voucher.

For Symbian device



Assuming that you have a voucher already, follow these steps:



1. Log-in to Nokia Store

2. Select Extend your subscription

3. Select Redeem voucher

4. Enter voucher code
