Windows 10: "repairing disk error. This might take over an hour to complete" failed

Help me guys. So when I tried to boot my computer, i got a message said "repairing disk error.. " It was like that for 6 hours. When it finished, it says that it failed to repair the disk. Now i can't use it anymore. I tried resetting it without deleting my files but it failed. I tried turning it off, restarted it but nothing works. Now I'm stuck with blue screen with all the options for fixing it, but nothing works.

Sorry i didnt put a help tag. I'm using reddit on my phone browser

• Which Windows build and version do you have?
• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• Which troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Dell Inspiron 5570 stuck on "Repairing disk errors. This may take over an hour to complete."

It's been only saying "Repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete." for around 6 hours. Shouldn't it have moved on to saying what specifically it is repairing and the percentage it is at?

  I see is a Lenovo logo screen
• with circling dots

  transitioning between these three messages:

  1) "Preparing Automatic Repair"
  
  2) "Repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete."

  3) "Diagnosing your PC"

  It continuous in this cycle over and over with the screen turning black for a second before starting the loop
  again.
