Windows 10: Reporting problems with Adobe Photoshop and OpenGL after windows 10 updates

After last security update Photoshop is unable to use the graphic processor. This is vital for some funcionalities and therefore, for my work.

I work on a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro, always used just for work.

I need to solve this issue and I need to disable windows updates because this is not the first time that the updates cause problems, which means this is not the first time I'm losing hours of work just to repair a system that worked fine the day before.

This is not acceptable.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 Lag in Windows 10

I recommend you to uninstall the existing program, re-install it in compatibility mode on Windows 10 and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated software from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the software installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the software and check.

Adobe Photoshop hangs

Photoshop starts to load, then hangs on "Reading Text Global Resources... Done" The problem started on Windows 7, so I hoped that when I changed to Windows 10 the problem would stop, but it still persists. The latest version of Photoshop is not for sale,
only for a lease on a monthly payment, so I didn't go for this, as I don't uses it often enough.
