Windows 10: repost: explorer.exe takes a while to load

repost since no one responded: Whenever I log into Windows 10, the desktop is never fully loaded. The taskbar has no icons, and it takes a while to fully load explorer.exe. I have a triple boot with Windows 8.1 and 7. On Windows 8.1 it is a much shorter wait time, and on 7 it is nearly nonexistent. I’ve tried everything, from installing more drivers to completely starting afresh. Nothing’s worked. My computer is a Dell Inspiron N5050

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

As you mentioned that the websites are loading in other browsers, suggest you to add the website in compatibility mode by following the steps provided below and check if the issue persists:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Type the address and press Enter.

3. Click on the Gear icon in top left corner and select Compatibility View Settings from the list.

4. Click on Add and Close.

5. Re-type the website address and press Enter.
