Windows 10: Request time out error.

Every time I check websites it gives me the error saying request time out. I don't have any errors using different device. I remember that I did a system restore with my computer and I already have it worked now. I tried resetting router or even plugging and unplugging the Ethernet but I still having issues.

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

Minecraft error 408 Request Time-out Your browser didn't send a complete request in time.

• Since when are you facing this issue?
• Which browser are you using?
• Have you tried using a different browser?

I would like to inform you that error 404 is occurred when the server took too long to display the webpage or there were too many people requesting the same page. As of now, I would suggest you to retry the web page by clicking the refresh/reload button
or trying the URL from the address bar again. Many times a slow connection causes a delay that prompts the 408 Request Timeout error.

processing time requests does not work

• Did you make any account setting changes to the main PC or on the other PCs?

no, all my kids are standard users, I am the administrator, this has not changed.

• Are you getting any error messages?

no, it says it has applied the time, but of course hasn't

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  
  I have run all the troubleshooters.

The usual suggestion I am given is to remove all my kids from my family and add them again. But I am a bit fedup of having to constantly keep doing this when family safety breaks, which it does a lot.
