    How on earth do I get a refund for a game? Bought a copy of a game in the wrong account. Need to either move it to my kids account that is listed as my kids account, or get a refund.


    Have been unable to contact Microsoft support AT ALL for the last 2 days. Keep getting the runaround on their automated system.

    I am requesting a refund for Minecraft for Windows 10, after I done the first 4 steps, the button for refund is not appearing. Is Minecraft able to refund?

    Hi, finding it very difficult to find the way to request a refund from the Store. I purchased Minecraft for Xbox but meant to buy PC version. Any help appreciated.

    I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
    for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.
