Windows 10: RESET A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT DENIED

When I logg in my Microsoft account apears 2 accounts for the same email address

One is ok and it is a home account
One is a work account, I do not remember about it, and any password do not work
When I whant to reset it the answew is that I have to contact the Administratot because I have not the right to change passwords
What to do ?

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.
