Windows 10: Reset code

Why is the reset code system broken? It never sends effectively through gmail, receiving the email hours or weeks after having used a different method is not effective. Why does microsoft force us to use a phone number? I say "force" because that's the only recovery system that seems to actually work. Yes I checked my spam and junk folders, and made sure I was looking at all inboxes.A quick search about problems with the reset codes indicates that this is only one problem that consistently crops up not receiving the reset code after requesting it - yes, even after verifying that the recovery

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

The error code 19 describes that, Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.

Recommended resolution

• Uninstall and reinstall the driver.
• Revert to the most recent successful registry configuration.
