Windows 10: Reset Computer

Where do I start.


I am trying to reset my ASUS Laptop


-when i try to reset it says that it cannot

-cannot boot using USB (not even an option in BIOS)

-cannot boot using DVD/CD with microsoft ISO that i used.

-system repair not working

-wont boot normally just pulls up to a screen that has me select a timezone and some other things then i press next it says “wait a moment” after awhile it restarts and does it again

-tried going back to the trouble shoot to reset or do whatwver helpful thing some random person said online in Command Prompt and now it is saying “no admin signed in” so i cannot continue but i dont know where in the world i would sign in as an admin.


yes i tried enabling legacy option and all that in BIOS as well when trying to boot from USB or DVD/CD. I dont know what to do. I just want to factory reset but this damn system wont let me.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
