Windows 10: Reset failure because of power failure.

Discus and support Reset failure because of power failure. in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; About half way though resetting my HP laptop we had a power failure.     Reset failure because of power failure.


    About half way though resetting my HP laptop we had a power failure. The reset failed and the PC is stuck in a loop rebooting. Is there anyway to fix this?

    It is possible that the error Driver Power State Failure you received is can be caused by
    the driver itself or power settings.

    Windows 10 reset failures. Computer won't boot now and getting frustrated.

    To help you with your concern regarding the reset failure, let me suggest you to do a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key
    • Hold Shift key then click Restart
    • You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Advanced options
    • Startup repair

    I really don't think a hard drive would cause a complete power failure.
