Windows 10: Reset PC stuck on

I was resetting my pc to help preform better on games. After a while on being stuck on a please wait screen I was put into a song in screen that said admin and guest login. after pressing both it wouldn't let me enter anything instead saying "the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted". i don't know how to get around it since it's a prebuilt and i need some help.

As you system is stuck, we suggest you to hard reboot and then try performing reset again and check if the same issue occurs. If the same issue persists, then we suggest you to perform reset using Installation disk.

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.

a. Insert the installation DVD or
USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
