    I have been trying to log in to my Windows Apps on my husbands laptop. I did get set up to sign in except where I have to enter in a pin. I do not remember my pin. So to reset my pin I have to go to settings, account, and sign in options. I go to settings and all I see is to manage devices, so I go there and there is nothing about sign in options. I Love Magic Jigsaw Puzzles and I have so many on my computer but I would love to sit in my chair and play on his laptop.....HELP PLEASE

    Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar


    Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

    Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

    After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

    Hi Pat,

    It is possible that the PIN set in an earlier build does not work after reinstalling Windows 10. To better assist you, we'd like clarify few things:

    • Which build and version of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
    • Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using before reinstalling Windows?
    • Have you tried resetting your PIN?
    • Did you get any error messages after you verified the PIN you entered?

    Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow the steps in this
    article     on how you can reset your PIN.

    Windows 10 pin reset

    Since the existing PIN is not working, let us try to remove it and replace it with new one. Please follow the steps listed below:

    • Log in as administrator and open File Explorer.
    • Go to this location: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
    • Delete everything within that folder.
    • Go to Settings, Accounts, and then
      Sign-in Options      .
    • Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN.
    Check the results and see if PIN sign in is working.
