    Reset Windows on Dell laptop


    I run Windows 10 Pro on an old Dell laptop. Today, I started having trouble with a game, so I un-installed it but couldn't reinstall it. To make a long story mercifully short, I ended up with a screwed-up machine that won't reboot even from a recovery drive. I have a system image on a ÙSB, and I once used it to restore my machine. Can someone please walk me through the restoration process?
