Windows 10: Reset windows with no password and not enough space

Hi. I currently have for my children 2 Asus Transfores T101HA, They only have 32gb eMMC storage drives which i didnt realise at the time were worthless as windows generally uses up all of the storage space. Anyways 1 of them my child has forgotten the password. I've tried to do a windows reset but it says annoyingly that there isn't enough space and to go and delete something. However, I cant get onto the coputer to delete anything. Is there a way around to just force a wipe and re install windows. It cant be that hard surely?? I am not a novice with computers, and have tried several things already but to no avail. Can you help?

BTW, there's no jumper for a password reset in Windows.
