    Resetting a Mercer laptop


    Morning All, I started last might yo reset my Mecer laptop, ot has been sitting on installing h windows 10 at 88% since last night, it advises me not to turn off my pc is this normal for it to take this long to reinstall windows. Thanks

    I bought my mercer laptop in may this year, but right now it's just blank on the screen but it show a green light on the power button

    My Mercer Guru LTE seems to be stuck in recovery mode. The screen flashes the Mercer Logo and says it needs to go into recover mode. But it never does and the screen flashes the whole time.
