Windows 10: Resetting and Installing back Windows 10

Discus and support Resetting and Installing back Windows 10 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So I need to reset my hp laptop so I used the method provided in settings by Microsoft but it didn't worked.     Resetting and Installing back Windows 10


    So I need to reset my hp laptop so I used the method provided in settings by Microsoft but it didn't worked. It got stuck on 2% so I entered recovery mode and reset it from there. At first it did work. Windows said that reset was successful and it was reinstalling windows. Unfortunately it got stuck at 81%. I tried to force shut down the device by long pressing on the power button for several seconds. When It turned back on it started boot-looping. I tried to force shut down the device several times but the result was the same. So I really need help what do I do ?
